#breakfast

This year I decided to use food as one of the tools to clean up my vibration. I will be choosing mostly organic food. I am not vegan but I want to eat minimum amounts of meat, some fish and plenty od vegetables and seeds. I share my today breakfast with you. If you think you might like it  – try it and share it!

So this is my #breakfast today. Very quick and very simple, takes 10 min to prepare.

Cooked mushrooms, mangetout and fresh salad.

Fresh Salad Ingredients:

-baby beetroot leaves
-raw beetroot
-cooked beetroot
-mixed seeds
-pumpkin seed oil
-balsamic vinegar
– pink salt
